During the COVID lockdown, I stumbled upon mixology as a pastime, thanks to my grandparents' well-stocked bar. Despite its charm, the bar rarely saw any activity, except for the occasional drink enjoyed by my grandpa, usually prompted by guests or when someone was skilled enough to mix him something special.

Over the course of two months, I delved into the art of cocktail crafting, experimenting with whatever ingredients were at hand, guided by the wisdom of Wendy Sweetser's "500 Cocktails." What began as a casual exploration soon transformed into a passion. Now, there's little that brings me more joy than concocting exquisite libations and sharing them with others in the serene ambiance of a well-stocked bar.

I won't inundate you with a barrage of cocktail snapshots; that's not my style. Instead, I'll drop occasional updates here, chronicling my mixology adventures—both triumphs and disasters. Whether I unveil recipes or keep them under wraps will be a spontaneous decision. Let's see where this journey takes us.

Cheers!
